Experience a relaxing fun filled dolphin safari to spot the wild dolphins in the Indian Ocean. Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins are the most common species you will find here. Watch them playing in the Indian Ocean and experience the special moment with your friends and family.
The bottlenose dolphin weighs an average of 300 kg (660 pounds). It can reach a length of just over 4 metres (13 feet). Its colour is usually dark grey on the back and lighter grey on the flanks. Older dolphins sometimes have a few spots.
Bottlenose dolphins can live for more than 40 years. Females typically live 5–10 years longer than males, with some females exceeding 60 years. These dolphins can jump at a height of 6 metres (20 feet) up in the air; they use this to communicate with one another.
In addition to Bottlenose, you can also spot Spinner Dolphins with our excursions in Mauritius. The Spinners are famous for their acrobatic displays in which they spin along its longitudinal axis as it leaps through the air.
At Earthy Hues we offer a variety of Seaside excursions clubbed with Dolphin Safaris. You can select any of the below given packages to enjoy the mesmerising Dolphins in their natural habitat.
